The gradual, nonetheless impressively dramatic stages of weight loss the curvy sex kitten icon Anna Nicole Smith dropped purportedly from taking Trimspa - for a long while. By Linda Meckler Do you have a family member feuding with other family members? Do you feel uncomfortable at family gatherings? Do you feel that you have to take sides? Do you feel that it is silly to hold a grudge for years? Do you think the feuding must end? If you have answered yes or no to either question, read on. Most families units are not perfect. There is usually at least one person in the family who causes havoc whenever the opportunity presents itself. When sisters, brothers, children have been feuding for years and neither side wants to be the first to apologize, your family is in serious trouble. Imagine burying your parents and not having seen or spoken to them in over ten years. The guilt you will live with will never be appeased. Do you really think My true prophet could speak to forty thousand people on a stage and have them all cheer and give him thousands and thousands each time He speaks? Isn’t My word meant to cut and divide? Isn’t My word a hammer that smashes? Doesn’t My word make a man feel convicted enough so He turns from His idols and becomes set apart for me and My work? Will any idolater be found in heaven? Have a look at Galations chapter 5. You know my Word, you make the rules for all mankind, surely you should know? Will a person who loves his money more then Me make it into My Kingdom? My son said it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle then for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of heaven? Do you who $25,000 a year in the West not consider that you are the rich man? My pastors in Indian villages get Australian $100.00 per month as their wage and even their own church cannot raise the money to pay this meager amount. Could you support one of these pastors if you stopped living a life of luxury? $50,000 could build five churches, how many churches would your house build? You won’t be planting these churches, many pastors have land and congregations of more then a hundred faithful followers already. Some have pastored for twenty years without a building! I wonder how many pastors in the West could do that! Are you so foolish to think a true Prophet is one that prophesies good things to people who pay him. Even a clairvoyant can do that! Do you think My true prophets need to run around and speak about how to fight the enemy in super duper spiritual warfare games and strategies? Do you think a true prophet of mine is popular with the Western churches? Do you think you know a true prophet of mine? Do you think you can tell between what is true and what is false? My scriptures declare that only a foolish generation seek after a sign. They also say that a generation such as this will only have the sign of Jonah. Perhaps the three days the two witnesses will lie dead before the world will be your sign. And perhaps by then, it may be too late for many of you! You also like to ask for power and for My anointing so you can sell it for power! Your prophets lie to you and use My gifts for power and sell their gift of prophecy like Baalam! Jeremiah prophesied of today and the prophets in the West in Jeremiah 23 9 My heart within me is broken Because of the prophets; All my bones shake. I am like a drunken man, And like a man whom wine has overcome, Because of the LORD, And because of His holy words. 10 For the land is full of adulterers; For because of a curse the land mourns. The pleasant places of the wilderness are dried up. Their course of life is evil, And their might is not right. 11 For both prophet and priest are profane; Yes, in My house I have found their wickedness, says the LORD. 12 Therefore their way shall be to them Like slippery ways;In the darkness they shall be driven on And fall in them; For I will bring disaster on them, The year of their punishment, says the LORD. 13 And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria: They prophesied by Baal And caused My people Israel to err. 14 Also I have seen a horrible thing in the prophets of Jerusalem: They commit adultery and walk in lies; They also strengthen the hands of evildoers, So that no one turns back from his wickedness. All of them are like Sodom to Me, And her inhabitants like Gomorrah. Does this sound like the prophets you revere in your Christian meetings? This prophetic word of mine says that your prophets vote for Presidents to go to war on terror when it is Me that brings the terror! Why doesn’t your country declare war on Me, before I turn your great cities into Sodom and Gomorrah, like you did to the two Japanese cities with your weapons of mass destruction you fear so much? Oh, you are such a great and mighty nation aren’t you, are you prepared for Me to allow many more terrorist attacks on your people? You think you can stop Me with your prayers? Nothing can stop Me from judging your nation! You think you can win power with Rome and together fight Me off? Your fear the Antichrist so much, while you play the harlot with my Son’s grace, yet your fear is misplaced. You should not be fearing terrorists and you should not be fearing the Beast, you should be fearing Me the Living God who hates your sin and will simply not tolerate it too much longer! 16 Thus says the LORD of hosts: Do not listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you. They make you worthless; They speak a vision of their own heart, Not from the mouth of the LORD. 17 They continually say to those who despise Me, The LORD has said, You shall have peace; And to everyone who walks according to the dictates of his own heart, they say, No evil shall come upon you. 18 For who has stood in the counsel of the LORD, And has perceived and heard His word? Who has marked His word and heard it?19 Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD has gone forth in fury A violent whirlwind! It will fall violently on the head of the wicked. 20 The anger of the LORD will not turn back Until He has executed and performed the thoughts of His heart. In the latter days you will understand it perfectly. 21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran. I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied. 22 But if they had stood in My counsel, And had caused My people to hear My words, Then they would have turned them from their evil way And from the evil of their doings. Who is the wicked I refer to here? Is it the Buddhists, or the nations of Islam or is it the nation who finance all wars and sell all the weapons that kill , who murder their babies in the womb, and who publish most of the world’s Internet pornography, who murder innocent people with the corruption that supports the heroin Industry, who will not admit that pornography incites men to rape, who pollute the world’s morals with films made in Hollywood and whose nation is supposed to be half filled with Sunday worshipping Christians? Who is this wicked nation that I am going to punish in my fury! Well USA, you just watch and see what I unleash on you! And all the other countries that supported the attack on IRAQ, you too will share in the bloodbath to come as My Son harvests the world of the Tares in the church and purifies His bride! Do I not fill heaven and earth? says the LORD. 25 I have heard what the prophets have said who prophesy lies in My name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed! 26 How long will this be in the heart of the prophets who prophesy lies? Indeed they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart, 27 who try to make My people forget My name by their dreams which everyone tells his neighbor, as their fathers forgot My name for Baal. 28 The prophet who has a dream, let him tell a dream; And he who has My word, let him speak My word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? says the LORD. 29 Is not My word like a fire? says the LORD, And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces? Do you feel convicted? Do you feel that you are living in the flesh and not the Spirit? Is this like a hammer smashing you beliefs and false doctrines to pieces? My people, you do not even know what doctrines you hold dear are false so how can you escape the teachers and leaders who preach them to you? I am against the lying prophets and I am against the shepherds who follow them! 30 Therefore behold, I am against the prophets, says the LORD, who steal My words every one from his neighbor. 31 Behold, I am against the prophets, says the LORD, who use their tongues and say, He says. 32 Behold, I am against those who prophesy false dreams, says the LORD, and tell them, and cause My people to err by their lies and by their recklessness. Yet I did not send them or command them; therefore they shall not profit this people at all, says the LORD. 1 Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture! says the LORD. 2 Therefore thus says the LORD God of Israel against the shepherds who feed My people: You have scattered My flock, driven them away, and not attended to them. I warned you shepherds of tolerating Jezebel yet you let her preach from a pulpit: These things says the Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet like fine brass: 19 I know your works, love, service, faith, and your patience; and as for your works, the last are more than the first. 20 Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. 21 And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent.22 Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds. 23 I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works. Can you discern Jezebel in your midst? Does she worship in your church, or he for that matter? You need to discern and tell her to repent and cast the demon out or order her not to come back to your church! There is no playing around with Jezebel, she is an enemy of Mine and an enemy of my true saints that want to go forward one day in full time ministry. If you think you are being full of grace and loving when you allow her to stay in your church you are wrong and will suffer the consequences. Most people who are Christians cannot even stand and fight when Jezebel is in operation. He demon is far wiser then the wisdom of man, only by MY Spirit can you deal with her and her lies. You wouldn’t tolerate a high priestess witch of Satan to mix freely with you and influence your men and women from your pulpit while she tells you she still practices witchcraft, and yet you allow something even more sinister on your stages to preach to you! Kick her out of your church and tell her she is not welcome back until she wants to repent and deal with the demon she obeys! If she really really loves you she will weep and weep and find true repentance, just like a drunk when his wife leaves him and says she is not coming back until he is sober! Can’t you see that sending her out is the most loving thing you can do for her! You are so far from the truth and there are so many lies that you have been taught that you cannot accept the truth when a true prophet shares it with you. My prophets message today may not be well read, and may not be well received as the teachers of the Law will say that it does not edify the church or any such reason, or it is not scriptural, or does not glorify Jesus Christ, and yet if this prophecy is ringing alarm bells with you, you be sure to heed the warning of the trumpet that is being blown. You pray for prosperity but you do not seek My face. You hoard your wealth and get rich riding the third world and you think you can create peace by declaring war! You dirty adulterers and adulteresses! You claim to be My Son’s bride and yet you play the harlot with the riches and glory of the world. You take yourself another lover and make love to it in front of My Son and He is obliged to forgive you because you prayed a sinners prayer and He died and spilled His blood for you on a cross to save you from your sin! See that you don’t refuse to hear My words to you this day for: Hebrews 12: 25 See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven, 26 whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven. 27 Now this, Yet once more, indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may[c] serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. 29 For our God is a consuming fire. My prophetic word to the lukewarm church of the Western nations that are ruled by free enterprise is: Repent you wicked servant! Choose you master! You can only love one! You can serve the world and feast on the lusts of the flesh or you can serve My Son! It is impossible to serve both! My Word declares it and this personal prophecy Revelation 18 warning from the LORD 2006 repeats it now! You say My Son is a liar and deny His teaching. Your teachers teach you lies from Satan. Your prophets seduce you and sell you prophecy that is false and from the pit and if you can’t even accept the milk of the Word you fat babies, how can you ever accept the meat? You can only serve Jesus alone if you are to lose your life! If you love the world and it’s pleasures you are trying to save your life and you will lose it on the last day, it is a promise from My Son Jesus Christ! You double minded fools! You have believed a lie! You have been told you can serve mammon and also Jesus! Jesus said you would not be able to do it! He told you that you will end up loving one and despising the other! You think Jesus is stupid and in your arrogance you have let your preachers and teachers lie to you! In your false church you sing praises to a Jesus that in your hearts you despise! You thank My Son Jesus for His death on His Cross but you won’t deny your flesh and lusts and take up your own cross and follow Him. Can you deny your flesh for a day, a week, a month? Can you walk in the Spirit for a whole day so that everything you did that day was directed by the Spirit of God? Can you walk like that for two days, and then a week? Can you really deny yourself and do what the Bible says to do and lose your life for a brother in need? You tithe a tenth when you have been convicted by a preacher and yet you sow that money in order to get money back! Yet when the poor homeless drunk is crying out for mercy and asking for alms you cross the street and pretend that you can’t see or hear him. You think I haven’t seen you, well My little priest, you are not loving your neighbor and you are NOT the Good Samaritan My Son talked about in his parable! My grace is something that not only do you need, but the rest of the world needs. Someone that hurts you or becomes your enemy needs your grace in plentiful supply. Freely you have received My grace, freely you should give! Don’t judge a person by their actions, love them and give them grace. And if that grace is tough love, and my Bible tells you not to sit and eat with that person, well love them from a distance and obey my Word. Suddenly you catch sight of yourself in a shop window or you see a picture taken at your friends wedding and you can’t believe how much larger you’ve become. How did that happen? It feels like pounds of fat appeared overnight. The bad news is that your metabolism (the rate at which you burn calories) does drop quite naturally from your thirties onwards. So you will start to put on weight more easily. But before you get too depressed be aware that the effect is so marginal that piling on the pounds does not have to be inevitable. It’s more likely that you have been getting into bad habits and eating more or moving less than you were before. If you want to avoid the extra 10lb that the average woman gains in weight between thirty and forty take care not to fall into the following lifestyle traps. Lifestyle Trap 1 : Too much going on With partner, kids and/or career all taking your attention, life in your thirties suddenly becomes much more complex than it was before and the time you have for yourself seems to disappear somewhere between school runs, getting the report finished and keeping the house one step above chaos. Almost inevitably you end up taking less exercise and eating out more or using take-aways to cope with getting meals on the table. Try and give yourself and your health a higher priority by asking for help, reducing your commitments and letting less important things slide. Lifestyle Trap 2 : Matching portions There’s a time of danger when you move in with a partner, which often takes place in your thirties. You start cooking for him and eating the same meals and often the same portion sizes. Whereas you might have made do with something on toast or soup some evenings it’s now full dinners with dessert. While your man can probably take the calories - all that excess lands just where you don’t want it - on your tummy and thighs. Take care to eat only what YOU need and don’t try and match your partner meal for meal. Lifestyle Trap 3 : Eating for two For many thirty-year-olds weight problems coincide with having children. Although you need just 300 calories more a day after the first 3 months of pregnancy, it’s easy to use having a baby as an excuse to eat and eat. And that excess weight can be hard to lose afterwards. Often the problem is compounded by a second pregnancy before you’ve lost the weight from the first. To avoid excess weight gain keep exercising as long as it’s safe to do so throughout your pregnancy and continue to walk the weight off afterwards - something you can do with kids in tow! And keep eating sensibly and healthily throughout. Pregnancy is a great time to get in the habit of eating well. Lifestyle Trap 4 : Losing Muscle If we don’t do anything about it, we start losing some strength and muscle each year from our thirties onwards. As each pound of muscle burns about 50 calories a day even when you are at rest, it’s important to gain that strength back through resistance or weight training. You should also avoid any diet which advises losing more than a pound or two of weight a week. More than that and you are likely to lose muscle as well as fat. And if you end up putting weight back on, as many people do, it’s all fat. This is a major reason for avoiding the yo-yo diet syndrome - you end up fatter (literally) than ever. Lifestyle Trap 5 : Complacency In your thirties you’re unlikely to see the symptoms of the poor health choices you’re making. It’s probable that heart disease, diabetes and other nasties have yet to show their face but these silent killers are loitering in the background. Don’t take your health for granted. You’ll regret it very quickly in the years to come which will be here soon enough. Give your health a top priority and do something about your health and your weight while you still have plenty of time. Of course you can still look great in your thirties, forties and beyond. There’s no real danger in hitting the big-30 (or any other birthday for that matter). The danger always comes with a change in lifestyle. And that’s something that you choose - so it’s all up to you whether you want to be fat or fabulous by the time you reach 40.
