Worrying About What People Say About Your MLM Business?

June 22nd, 2008 by hedasheaffer

By Sergio Rodriguez “Instead of worrying about what people say of you, why not spend time trying to accomplish something they will admire? ” - Dale Carnegie Have you come to think the above quote is also applicable in network marketing? It is. Why not do what Dale Carnegie advised? I mean, something like: Instead of worrying about what people (co-workers, family members, friends, etc.) may think about us, we just work hard and do something which will create admiration comments from all of them, and create big numbers that way will prove to them what we are made of. Yeah, lets show them our real MLM character! Of course we can. If we work hard at it, that is. But heres a problem right away. A big problem. We dont want to be dependent on people and their approval for us to feel good about MLM. This is not a good thing for us, network marketers/MLMers. Having other peoples approval on a MLM game they dont even know how to play well -otherwise theyd be playing it , I can assure you - is not a good way of conducting our MLM business. Relying on other peoples opinions to see if this mlm deal is good for us or not, is putting these other people at cause point, and us, at effect. Kind of waiting for their final approval seal, as if they were our business mentors. Well, they’re not. Listen, a network marketer is made of a different marketing quality. Different skin, if you like. We are not made of bo-peep (regular) mentality. We’re playing a different game. We play other rules. Theres not much choice anyway: either we play by our rules or we dont survive. Think hard about I just said. Be yourself, please. Be yourself. Depend on NO ONE for your network marketing company decisions. You rule. I hope this can help you. Serge is a person always looking for the best MLM leads processes and companies available. He is a heavy promoter of the idea of Funded Proposals, that is, you get paid even if the prospect says no to your opportunity. All Occasion Cookies

June 19th, 2008 by hedasheaffer

By Ann Krause Everybody loves to have cookies laying around the house. They’re the perfect snack food. Open up a bag or a box, dig your hand in, pop one out and pop it in your mouth. Maybe dunk it in a little milk before you do. When it comes to cookies, there are no hard and fast rules on which ones to buy or make and when to eat them. But are there cookies that are maybe better for certain times than others? In this article we’ll give some suggestions on what cookies to have for certain times. If you’re sitting on the couch watching TV and don’t want to have to struggle with your cookie, then the last thing you probably want to be eating is an Oreo. Why? Well, most people like to twist them open and lick the cream out from the middle of the cookie. This can be a bit distracting when you’re watching an episode of “24″ where you have to keep your eye on everything that’s going on. For something like that, which requires your full attention, you probably want to be snacking on cookies that you can just pop into your mouth right out of the box, like Teddy Grahams. They’re small, easy to chew and can last you easily through an hour long TV show or even a 2 hour movie. What if you’re a kid at school at lunch time? You’ve brought your bagged sandwich, got your carton of milk from the lunch room and for dessert, want to be munching on something that will not only taste great but also make you the most popular kid at the table, especially if you’re brought along extra cookies for your friends. This is where you bust out the Oreos. There isn’t a kid on the planet who doesn’t love Oreo cookies. Or, if you really want to impress your friends with how cool your mom is, bring along a batch of her homemade chocolate chip cookies. Those will always do the trick. What about after you’ve had a really fancy meal and want to top it off with a couple of cookies? Well, if you’ve just chowed down on Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail, you probably want to top it off with a cookie worthy of such a meal. For this occasion, you probably want to get out a bag or box of Pepperidge Farm Cookies. Commercially, they’re probably one of the better cookies around. They’re big, hearty and hard to eat more than just a couple. These are cookies that are certain to leave you satisfied after a good meal. Maybe you’re on a bit of a health kick and don’t want all that sugar or chocolate. In this case, a bag of high quality oatmeal cookies, like Pepperidge Farm Oatmeal Raisin, will certainly do the trick. Or, you can bake your own and really put your own healthy touch on them with your own special ingredients. Yes, there are all kinds of cookies for all kinds of occasions and circumstances. Finding the one that’s right for you should be a snap. A ginger snap, that is. Ann Marie Krause has been making cookies for over 30 years, at persent I am retired, for over 23 years I owned a Gourmet Bakery called The Cheese Confectioner. You can visit my site at http://www.annsgoodies.com. 7 Weight Loss Motivation Tips

June 15th, 2008 by hedasheaffer

By Jason Johns When dieting, weight loss motivation can be a bit elusive. The constant cycle of putting on weight, losing weight, putting on weight and losing weight can become tiresome and demotivating. The following tips come from my courses and seminars to help you get rid of weight and find that weight loss motivation. Tip 1 - Know what you want Make sure you know exactly how much weight you want to get rid of. Some weight just doesn’t cut it, so have an exact figure of what your target weight is and how much you are losing. Tip 2 - Stay off the scales Don’t weigh yourself every day, it’ll dent your weight loss motivation and frustrate you. Instead, pick one day a week when you are going to weigh yourself and weigh yourself every day at the same time (I usually recommend Monday’s as you may be at your heaviest after the weekends excesses!). Tip 3 - Measure yourself Often weight loss isn’t immediately noticeable through weight, but is more obvious through inches lost. so, measure your chest, waist, hips and thighs and record the results. Tip 4 - Track your progress Motivation comes from seeing results, so track your weight loss and your measurements shrinking and you will find yourself being more motivated to lose weight. Tip 5 - Eat regularly Most dieters think that by skipping meals they are going to lose weight quickly. NO! It doesn’t work like that. If you skip meals then your body starts to think there’s a famine coming, which means your body piles on the fat to survive the famine. Eat regular meals. Tip 6 - Don’t Deny Yourself Many dieters will deny themselves anything naughty such as chocolate, cakes and so on. Trouble is, when you deny yourself something, you want it more. So instead CHOOSE not to have it, because then you are in control. Occasionally, you may choose to have it, which is great too. Tip 7 - Drink, drink, drink And no, I don’t mean alcohol. I mean yummy, delicious water Drink plenty of it as it will flush toxins from your system and help keep you healthy. These seven tips for weight loss motivation and success will help you to rapidly lose weight with the minimum of trouble. You Too Can Find True Love Using Adult Dating Sites

June 7th, 2008 by hedasheaffer

By Andy Maingam ‘Hi’. It’s a simple word sure enough, and it can be quiet an ice breaker too, but if you’re out of practice of simply saying hello to strangers, then fear not, as the explosion of the adult dating sites has opened up a whole new medium for meeting other like minded singles. You see, dating in the real world has evolved into somewhat of a daunting task. Chatting to a potential mate has become more like an interview as potential daters attempt to suss each others worthiness out before committing to that first rendezvous together. When I first head about adult dating sites, I though such methods of hooking up were for losers or perhaps weirdoes who simply lived in a virtual world with virtual partners. Oh how wrong was I! There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions of lonely folks out there in the real world who have found themselves in a singles quandary after coming out of a marriage or long term relationship. If you’re out of practice and don’t fancy the idea of skulking around the bars and night clubs, then adult dating sites could be just what you need to find your next soul mate. Many of these adult dating sites work like this; you create a profile of yourself by filling in a questionnaire. Most require that you add a short description of yourself outlining your likes and dislikes. Finally, and this is important, you get the option of including a photo or two of your best mug shot. You don’t have to but think how many ads you would consider if they were simply text based? Most singles filter their searches to find only those profiles with pictures, so it really is recommended it you are serious about finding a date. Most adult dating sites will give you a free membership but it usually has restrictions. You will be allowed to view all the singles on the site, but if you want to correspond with any of them, you will have to become a paid member in most cases. This is a great way to find the adult dating sites that interest you without that financial commitment. Only when you find a site or two that you like, do you need to get the ole credit card out, but don’t worry, most of these memberships are very reasonable. Not all adult dating sites are for careful profile searchers though and some have services which have special categories such as speed dating forums, or special search functions for fetishes, or other bizarre preferences. Whoever you would like to meet, be it a fellow Christian or Jew, Asian or Caucasian, tall slender, young or old, then the world is your oyster with the ever growing popularity of the adult dating sites. Take it easy, be patient and persistent in your search for that certain somebody, and you will surely trek down that road of happy relationship in no time. Good luck! Andy Maingam is a proficient writer and webmaster for Dates Allowed dot com where he writes on such issues as The Free Online Dating Agency and Finding the Perfect Match. He also has many other dating & relationship related pieces on the site. Which Bankruptcy Debts Can Be Cleared

June 1st, 2008 by hedasheaffer

By Nikola Govorko Bankruptcy discharge is a lawful term which means that all your obligations towards the creditors have been cleared and you no longer have to payback certain kind of debts. Your creditors no longer have the right to try and collect debts from you. How fast can bankruptcy be discharged? It depends on the chapter you have filed under (Chapter 7 or 13). If you have been granted to file under Chapter 7 bankruptcy can be discharged within couple of months. Chapter 7 bankruptcy however requires you to sell all your property that is not exempt under the federal or the state laws in order to payback your creditors. If however you have filed under Chapter 13 bankruptcy, you will not have to sell your property to settle your debts to the creditors because it will be taken care of by the repayment plan. With Chapter 13 bankruptcy will be discharged after you have completely paid back all debts from your payment plan. Which debts can be cleared and which not? Some of the debts you can successfully clear are: 1. Credit card debts 2. Unsecured loans 3. Utilities 4. Bills from department stores 5. Gas bills 6. Legal bills 7. Health/medical bills There are however some bills Congress has determined must be paid and can not be discharged. Most of these debts can not be discharged because of the way in which they incurred, meaning that debtors improper behavior is responsible for them. Some of the debts that can not be discharged are: 1. Alimony 2. Child support 3. Taxes 4. Student/collage loans 5. Debts incurred from embezzlement or fraud 6. Secured loans 7. Debts which are not stated in your bankruptcy documentation 8. Debts for luxury services or goods and cash advances made just before filing bankruptcy Exactly which of your assets will be turned over to the trustee is determined by the bankruptcy law. Under federal bankruptcy law you are allowed to protect some of your property from the creditors claims. This is allowed because some items are exempt and protected under the federal or the state laws. Because most states have used the privilege to adopt their own exemptions you will have the right to choose between the state and federal bankruptcy exempts. It is very useful because although types of property allowed to be exempt are very similar in both federal and state law, allowed asset values can be very different (this is why it pays to consult a bankruptcy lawyer). Magnificent - Utterly Earth Shattering - The Feast Message In Genesis for Those Who Can Accept It

May 26th, 2008 by hedasheaffer

By Russ Miles What better way to begin an e-zine article or e-epistle to the churches than with the beginning of God’s Holy Word, The Bible? (NKJV) Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. 3 Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that [it was] good; and God divided the light from the darkness. Oh, my gosh! Does the scripture really say that? Maybe, we should see what three other of the Biblical translations - those I use to make certain I understand what is really being said as the Word of God - is consistent? By so doing, I’ll ascertain if what my intended e-zine article is all about has merit and if it is even worth continuing. What I think I understand so far is so very profound; that it will change my reader’s and/or disciples lives forever. The last thing that we need is some guy - who claims to be An Apostle to get me believing, saying, and doing things that are not true. For such a man would surely be - “A False Apostle.” Let’s see: (NASB) Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters. 3 Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light day, and the darkness He called night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day. (KJV) Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that [it was] good: and God divided the light from the darkness. {the light from…: Heb. between the light and between the darkness} 5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. {And the evening…: Heb. And the evening was, and the morning was} (CEV) Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was barren, with no form of life; it was under a roaring ocean covered with darkness. But the Spirit of God was moving over the water. 3 God said, “I command light to shine!” And light started shining. 4 God looked at the light and saw that it was good. He separated light from darkness 5 and named the light “Day” and the darkness “Night.” Evening came and then morning — that was the first day. Wow! That’s far enough! The Word is clear all right? The thought or concept that I Am wishes to convey through me - to His elect chosen - is indeed consistent. In these last days, this reality is a Magnificent Utterly Earth Shattering The Feast Message Here In Genesis for Those Who Can Accept It. Many a traditional naysayer may materialize from this e-Epistle. LOL Here it is - introduced for understanding - in the form of a question: What did God do when He wanted to “Create” something? God said, “Let there be…” Perhaps, there is something that we believers need to learn from this? God didn’t think or tell anyone “I would like to have the light turned on.” Neither did God say, “I had better pray for light - if I want light - nor I’ll just have faith, and of course - I will hope. Only then will I know if light is within My will. Goodness Me, what am I going to do if My answer is ‘No’?” Nope! God did say something to the affect, “Let there be light,” and there was light. I especially like the way this “Truth” is translated in the Contemporary English Version, (CEV) Genesis 1:3 God said, “I command light to shine!” And light started shining. There is a Magnificent - Utterly Earth Shattering The Feast Message Here In Genesis for Those Who Can Accept It: If you want something - “Say” it. “Command” it! (CEV) Deuteronomy 3:24 “Our LORD, it seems that you have just begun to show me your great power. No other god in the sky or on earth is able to do the mighty things that you do. NASB) Job 36:22 “Behold, God is exalted in His power; who is a teacher like Him? (NKJV) Mark 11:23 “For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. (KJV) 2 Corinthians 4:13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak; If you want something - “Say” it. “Command” it! ~Rub-it “Another Truth Appears”~ Rascal :) RASCAL RUSS MILES IS AN APOSTLE. The Honey Do List

May 17th, 2008 by hedasheaffer

By Joanne Robbins Every person in the world at one time or another has a “honey do” list stuck to the refrigerator or lying on the counter. Every person accumulates chores and things that need to be done around the home or with automobiles. But, not everybody has a “honey” to help with the “honey do” list. What then? Are you single? Are you a single parent? Do you live in an apartment? Perhaps you are lucky if you live in an apartment where there is a custodian/handyman to take care of the stuff that happens while you go about the business of living. If the commode floods over because your toddler flushed the babys’ diaper … call the Super. When the smoke alarms are hard-wired into the ceiling and screaming while the chicken is roasting … call the Super. You are indeed a lucky person. Recently the garage door wouldn’t raise more than halfway and at the time it was about 25 below zero with wind chill and two feet of snow on the roof with ice building up on the eaves. Our telephone book is 28 pages big. There is no section for handyman or fix-it or help me. For those of us living in “harsh” conditions (small town, BIG snow, no people, no husband) I was extremely lucky to see my neighbor and invite him to look at the problem with the garage door. He even joked about the need for a “rent-a-husband” in our village. You are probably not as isolated as I am. You may even have somebody you can phone when things happen. Thank your lucky stars because you could be stuck in two feet of snow in the middle of podunk with no grocery store, with the nearest Wal Mart 28 miles to the east and Home Depot almost 42 miles north and it sure would be nice to actually be able to put a car in the garage when it is so cold outside. My most important thought now is - Thank God for Kind Neighbors. Be thankful for the small things in life - they can become very important. Joanne Robbins has published several articles on a variety of topics and has several websites. She is currently out shoveling snow. What’s More Important: an MBA or Experience?

May 14th, 2008 by hedasheaffer

By Ioan Hepes Experience is definitely one of the most important factors in a recruiting process. Actually, enough work-experience is also a requirement for all good MBA programs. The MBA is the certification that you have also learned all the important tools that are necessary for a management position. Of course, through years of experience, through self-documentation, failures and successes you might have learned what others learn during 1 or 2-year MBA programs. And, of course, one can become the CEO of a Fortune 500 company without an MBA, or even without complete studies (see Mr. Gates). In the end, it all depends on the person. For a person which is less entrepreneur and not planning to start his/her own business but to apply to a large company, I would definitely recommend doing an MBA. The HR departments get hundreds of applications a day, many of them are automatically selected by using database searches, so for certain jobs, CVs not containing “MBA” might not even pass the first recruiting step. We’re living in a global world with thousands of applications, from everywere and world ruled by technology, where people are often preselected by a computer. On the other hand, MBA without experience, is also not the ideal candidate which companies want, maybe for an entry-level management position or traineeship. So, as always, balance is the solution, but it is recommendable to first have the experience before deciding upon the strategy of an enterprise or the faith of hundreds of employees. Enjoy a Hobby In Art Collectibles

May 9th, 2008 by hedasheaffer

By James Bowie Having been an avid collector of a number of different subjects for many years, I can honestly recommend collecting as a fun and very interesting hobby. Collecting, no matter what the collected subject is will be a fun and highly enjoyable hobby, and I have found that one of the more interesting items to collect is art collectibles. There are many different items to be found, which once created or painted will become a work of art in their own right. This artwork then becomes an art collectible. Art enthusiasts will collect such things as items made from animal bone, and wooden novelty items, all of which will have been hand carved or had artwork painted on. Many people have large collections of designer rugs which are seen as art. Other art collectibles are limited edition plates, thimbles, Christmas ornaments, and figurines produced by such companies as Franklin Mint. And then of course, a huge majority of art collectors are people who collect fine art paintings. People who have art collectibles as their hobby will always find their own favourite artists whose works they enjoy and appreciate. They will often choose to collect art from one particular artist, either an old master or an artist from the present; Then again, other collectors will choose to have items from the works of a number of different artists. There are of course those who will fill their collection, with art and art objects which are based on a particular theme, such as landscape paintings, animal figures, or various types of sheet music. It is not uncommon for people to think of art collectors as being very rich; they think that they may have the ability to spend hundreds of thousands of pounds on, lets say an original Monet. However people who do not have huge amounts of money at their disposal can also collect art. I found that collecting postcards was a very good place to start. If you visit museums of art, you will find in their gift shops high quality items, these include glossy postcards which depict some of their art collections. If you purchase any of these cards, you will begin to really appreciate that anyone can build an art collection. A very good source of art collectibles is the online auction site ebay, no matter what type of art or collectible you wish to have. If you are just starting your collection, the choices and options available are quite overwhelming! You should also bear in mind that you can sell your own bits and pieces; this will help you to afford items for your own collection. Doing this on ebay would certainly help your budget. Other places you can find inexpensive items for your collection are, local flea markets, charity shops, and garage sales. You will be amazed at the treasures other people will be getting rid of. A good thing when it comes to art collectibles is that you can find artists in every part of the world. When you become an art collector you should visit your local art shows, museums, and local galleries. Here you will be able to find out what inexpensive talent there is close to home. Because most pieces of art have a local theme, art collectibles make excellent travel souvenirs. For instance, the artist Heather Bagnoli specializes in oil paintings of landscapes and architecture most of which are found around her home in the Thames Valley. Of course, collectors of art will be able to find a local artist almost everywhere. Having an art collectible hobby will keep you interested in your surroundings and life in general. With an art collectible hobby you will have a beautiful home filled with wonderful art masterpieces. If having beautiful and interesting things around you is something you enjoy, then you really should consider starting an art collectible hobby today.
